We take our body with us everywhere we go, yet, we don’t take care of the one vessel that provides life to us. This program takes you or your employees from just reading OSHA rules on how not to bend or hurt your back or body and teaches you or your employees on how to use their body correctly to lift, sit, stand and move. Patti does half-day or full-day workshops on everyday body function like movement, mindfulness, breathe work, exercise and nutrition to bring the mind, body and spirit together for better production and health. I was blessed many years ago after meeting Patti McGee, who would eventually become a beloved friend, and mentor. I met Patti after having chronic neck and back pain. She was a Massage Therapist I would book appointments with after requesting her at her place of employment. I remember the exact moment after that very first massage, I hugged her and thanked her for her service. I’m not a big hugger, and have never done this before, but she was AMAZING! I would eventually tell her she has healing hands!After countless visits over the years, she opened her own business where I would afford to have more consistent appointments. Not realizing at the time, but I needed her more than she actually knew. Many of us always claim that we are fine, and never need any help or guidance, but we actually do. She was and still is that person for me. During my visits, we would talk about everything. From our families, to our professions, holistic medicine, vitamins, nutrition, essential oils, etc. She has taught me so much about my health, and I use many of those practices we spoke about today.She has been, and still is an inspiration for me and my family, as they were fortunate enough to also be graced with her presence.
